Our goal is to exceed your expectations and please all your requirements, we guarantee all our gift baskets to be the highest quality, and we try hard to maintain this quality throughout every delivery process. We carefully inspect your order before we ship the and hand package it with care. Upon delivery, please have your recipient inspect your purchase and inform us of any damage within five business days of the delivery date on the order with enough information to allow us to understand the situation. We will make every effort to correct any failure on our part through replacement of the damaged item in question. Refunds are not available for fruit, and chocolate-dipped strawberries as these items are perishable. Refunds are not available for glass items (including wine or alcohol), fragile or other items which have been damaged in transit. If a damaged goods or lost in transit refund is used, we will be pleased to send this to you. Also, we will not issue a refund where delivery of the items was delayed for any reason including processing delays, driver delays, shipping delays or acts of God.
Gifty will not cancel an order for any reason including “change of mind” situations or where personal taste differences occur 48 hours prior to the delivery date. If changes need to be made, we can accommodate them but we cannot assure it. Gifty is not responsible for non-delivery of products under any circumstances. If the recipient is not there to receive the package or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed, we will not be responsible for the loss of the packages or damages. We will take a picture of the delivery location. We will provide you the proof of delivery information, signature, pictures wherever possible. Once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the carrier, driver, Gifty will no longer be held liable for damages for any reason including bad weather, carrier malfunctions, etc. we do not accept returns in any circumstances as most of the items that we sell are customized, gift wrapped and cannot be resold.
