Our shipping policies: Gifty delivery service is the backbone of our satisfaction for our customers. All our deliveries are prepared and delivered with care. We hand prepare each gift basket and make sure the presentation is of the highest quality. We are open and Orders are processed 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours. If you are in need of placing an order, you can email us at or give us a call at 1-800-516-8550, we would be happy to help you any time of the year! We ship all holidays and all weekends including Saturday and Sunday! No one is at the location to receive the package: if our driver attempts a delivery and there is no one available at home, drivers will phone the recipient to ask for any safe place to leave the package, if the drivers are not able to reach the recipient, then the driver will leave the package in a safe place without the need for obtaining a signature. In the case that the fit cannot be left in safe place, a redelivery may be needed and redelivery fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Alcohol delivery, AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) has issued The Breaking Heart Inc. (Corporate Mother) license to deliver alcohol on behalf of Gifty. All of our delivery personnel are smart-serve certified. We have a strict policy to ask for ID if anyone is under 21. We will often ask the recipient to provide a proof of identification in order for us to deliver successfully. We hope that you cooperate with us to ensure this enforcement. We will additionally be in line with all the rules set by AGCO related to the delivery of alcohol. As such, for all orders with “free delivery” there is a built-in fee of $14.99 within the price of the basket. As an example, the actual cost is $185.00 a delivery fee of 14.99 is included in the price.For holiday order (December): Dues to the surge in demand and shipping during holidays, we kindly advise making orders before December 20thin order for us to make our deliveries on time before Christmas. We will still process the orders after the date, but we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
